Phoenix is home base. Our shop is at 1635 W. Bluefield Ave. in north Phoenix, minutes from I-17, so our crews reach jobs across the city quickly: the Deer Valley area, the west-side industrial corridors, the industrial districts around Sky Harbor, and office and retail buildings from Midtown to Desert Ridge.
Electrical Work Across Phoenix
Phoenix has more industrial and commercial building stock than any other city in Arizona, and it spans every era. We work in 1970s tilt-up warehouses whose original service is long past its rating, in newer flex buildings being converted to production space, and in occupied office and retail buildings where work has to happen around tenants.
Industrial and manufacturing
Switchgear and service upgrades, plant power distribution, motor control and VFDs, and production equipment hookups for manufacturers and fabricators across the city. North Phoenix along I-17 and the Loop 101 and Loop 303 corridors is one of the fastest-growing industrial areas in the state, with semiconductor manufacturing and its suppliers driving new construction. Older industrial districts on the west and south sides keep needing upgrades as tenants change. See industrial electrical.
Machine shops
Phoenix has a deep base of job shops and contract machining serving aerospace, medical and semiconductor customers. We install power for new CNC lathes, mills and machining centers, handle machine moves, and troubleshoot electrical faults on down machines. See CNC, lathe and mill installation and CNC machine troubleshooting.
Commercial buildings
Tenant improvements, service upgrades, lighting retrofits and emergency power for offices, retail, restaurants and warehouses. See commercial electrical.
Permits and Utilities in Phoenix
Electrical permits for work inside Phoenix city limits are issued by the City of Phoenix Planning & Development Department, and we schedule and attend the inspections. Phoenix is split between two utilities, APS and SRP, depending on where your building sits, and each has its own requirements and lead times for service upgrades and metering equipment. We work with both and build their timelines into the schedule up front.
