Commercial Electrician in Paradise Valley, AZ

Paradise Valley is a small town and almost entirely residential by design. Its commercial properties are a short list: resorts, private clubs, schools and places of worship. Those properties hold contractors to a high standard. Work has to be done safely, quietly and on a tight schedule, without disrupting guests, members, students or services. MJK Electric works that way.

Commercial Electrical Work in Paradise Valley

Resorts and hospitality

Resort properties run around the clock, and the electrical systems behind them are large: kitchens and laundries, pool and spa equipment, guest buildings spread across big campuses, and extensive site and pathway lighting. We handle service and distribution upgrades during renovations, equipment circuits, lighting retrofits and controls, and standby generators and transfer switches. We schedule shutdowns for the windows that guests won't notice. See commercial electrical.

Private clubs

Clubhouses, kitchens, fitness facilities, maintenance buildings and course or grounds equipment all need dependable power. We work around members' schedules and keep the work areas clean and contained.

Schools and places of worship

Lighting retrofits, emergency and exit lighting, HVAC equipment circuits, service upgrades for expansions, and generator backup. Disruptive work is scheduled for breaks, after hours, or between services.

Working Within the Town's Process

Non-residential properties in Paradise Valley generally operate under the Town's Special Use Permit framework, and larger renovations can involve Town review beyond a standard electrical permit. We pull electrical permits through the Town of Paradise Valley, work within each property's existing approvals, and coordinate with your architect or general contractor when a project needs more than a permit. Utility coordination for service work goes through the serving utility for the property.
